Its only been days since Zinedine Zidane took charge of Real Madrid, but it seems he’s already spending the cash and is already getting ready for the future, as the club announced they have reached an agreement with FC Porto for Portuguese defender Eder Militao.
In an official statement released by the club, it read:

“Real Madrid C. F. and FC Porto have agreed the transfer of Éder Militão and the player will sign on a six-year contract running until the 30th of June 2025.”
Militao, has scored three goals and provided two assists in 34 appearances for the Portuguese side, and can feature as a center back, a defensive midfielder and right back, when he joins up with the squad in the summer.
The 21-year-old becomes Zinedine Zidane’s first signing since taking charge, with the likes of Eden Hazard, Mauro Icardi and Christian Eriksen rumoured to follow suit.
