Real Madrid are working on multiple deals to make worthwhile additions to Zinedine Zidane’s current squad in a bid to challenge on all front next season. But it seems none of these involves PSG midfielder Adrien Rabiot.
Rabiot will become a free agent in the summer, when his current contract expires having failed to renew, hence Paris Saint Germain sanctioning the midfielder to life away from active football participation.
The 24-year-old was rumoured to have agreed personal terms with Real Madrid in the past. However according to Marca, Real Madrid and Zinedine Zidane have no interest in signing the midfielder and would happily have fellow European rivals have the free agent.
Adrien Rabiot is currently facing disciplinary actions for going nightclubbing on the night they were knocked out of the Champions League.
The Frenchman is looking less likely to end up in the Spanish La Liga, with Barcelona having also cooled interests in signing the midfielder after securing the services of Frenkie De Jong in the winter.
The Premier League would however welcome Rabiot with open arms, with the likes of Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United all linked with the 24-year-old, when he is out of contract on June 30.
