Manchester United will reportedly listen to offers for Belgian Striker Romelu Lukaku in the summer window.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is readying the club for what could be a massive overhaul in the summer, and it seems Romelu Lukaku may be one the many players who could make way, should a worthwhile offer be made.
Under Jose Mourinho, Romelu Lukaku was rather indispensable in the Portuguese manager’s squad. However, following Solskjaer’s arrival, Marcus Rashford has taken pole position, dragging Lukaku down the chain of command to second place.
Inter Milan, Paris St-Germain and Bayern Munich are believed to be among the clubs who have shown interest in the striker according to Telegraph.
Lukaku is set to face former side Everton at Goodison park on Sunday, as the red devils continue their fight for a top four place, and Lukaku seeks to return to cover page of the club’s team sheet.
The prolific Belgian, has scored 42 goals (15 in the season) and provided 13 assists since his £75 million move in 2017. If Lukaku left, Solskjaer could use the proceedings to secure new signings in the summer.
Like Sanchez, Lukaku’s biggest obstacle to leaving Old Trafford in the summer, is his huge transfer fee and a heavy player wage which sees him earn as much as £255,000 a week at United.
The 25-year-old is one among many names including Antonio Valencia, Matteo Darmian, Marcos Rojo, Ander Herrera and Juan Mata, who could all leave Manchester United in the summer. David De Gea, Eric Bailly and Paul Pogba however, remain in talks with the club.
