Man Utd need to dump players not hoard them - ole Gunnar Solskjaer, manchester united

The counteracting effect of Man Utd’s soft transfer approach is earning nothing but abject disorder at the club. And Yes! It sounds a little over the wall, but Manchester United need to start dumping, not waiting to sell.

The baseless approach of making do with what’s available wont hold the club together much longer, and Wolves did very well to exploit the lack of both individualistic and team stability, as they once again dealt a huge blow to the red devils champions league race in tuesday’s 2-1 win.

Despite starting on a strong foot, United slowly died off, and Wolverhampton wanderers took over the driving seat. Goals from Diogo Jota and Chris Smalling (OG) undoing United and Scott Mctominay’s 13th minute strike.

United are rebuilding, Yes! We’ve heard it a couple of times now. But when? When there is absolutely nothing to build on?

Ashley Young was a bitter shame to watch, and not only for a reckless tackle which eventually saw him leave the pitch after receiving his marching order. But for playing utter rubbish and contributing absolutely nothing to the game.

How Ashley Young and several other players have survived this long at United, is a question many are yet to receive a clear answer for.

To be frank, Manchester United won’t survive the slightest title wind next season, if this is what Ole Gunnar Solskjaer would have to present and work with through another campaign.

Young needs to leave, and so do his compatriots in Chris Smalling, Phil Jones, Alexis Sanchez and a few more names who have no matching desire and the attributes to fit the bill at Manchester United.

Ole’s well oiled wheel has been undone once more, and it doesn’t take a genius to know Man United are lacking the basic requirements to succeed. At this rate, neither the Premier League nor a Champions League trophy is achievable. At least not until the broken links are mended and the team sewn back together.
