Man Utd join race for Chelsea star Callum Hudson-Odoi

Manchester United have reportedly joined the growing list of clubs seemingly interested in signing Chelsea and English starlet Callum Hudson-Odoi in the summer window according to reports from Metro via DailyMail.

Hudson-Odoi received his first call up to feature in Gareth Southgate’s team in the international break and had made a good impact, as they ran out a 5-0 winners over Czech republic.

The 18-year-old is subject to a summer transfer to Bundesliga side Bayern Munich, who watched four separate offers for Callum turned down by Chelsea and [Chelsea] even went as far as attempting to forcing the youngster to see out his contract at the club following a transfer request in the winter.

However, it seems the audience for Callum Hudson-Odoi is quickly growing, with the likes of Borussia Dortmund, Liverpool and now Manchester United all enlisted as possible destinations for the right-winger.

Callum Hudson-Odoi’s current contract expires in 2020, and the 18-year-old has already rejected an offer of £85,000 per week from Chelsea, leaving the door wide ajar for any potential suitor.

Manchester United will however have to convince the winger that Old Trafford is the best place for him, as Callum Hudson-Odoi currently favours a move to Bayern Munich over any other, at the moment.
