It comes as a huge surprise, but the rumours have it that Liverpool star player Mohammed Salah, has demanded the club transfer him in the summer window.
Liverpool are locked in a two-way battle for the Champions League and Premier League in the season, and the Egyptian has been a crucial part of Jurgen Klopp‘s attacking side, scoring 22 goals (19 in the Premier League) and providing 10 assists.
However according to AS, ‘the Egyptian forward has asked the leaders of the English club to transfer him at the end of this season. Following a strong discussion he has had for some time with coach Jurgen Klopp.’
Mohammed Salah hasn’t been an active mention in the encroaching summer window, having seen stern interests from the likes of Barcelona and Real Madrid in the previous window.
The 26-year-old would detest a move to Real Madrid, after his tussle with the club’s veteran defender Sergio Ramos. At the moment, Zinedine Zidane has his eye set on Paul Pogba and Eden Hazard. However, the Los Blancos could enter the bid for the Egyptian if he is made available.
Mo Salah is contracted to the Merseyside reds until 2023, and even if the right-winger is allowed his request, would see his many suitors invest a massive fee in order to price the Egyptian out of Liverpool.
