Inter Milan chief Piero Ausilio was in London on Wednesday, with a primary mission to land three Premier League stars according to Daily Mail.
Eriksen’s future is already sealed, as the playmaker is now certain to depart Tottenham Hotspur at the end of the season. The Dane has interests from all over, including Paris Saint Germain, but is believed to only have an eye for Inter, who now have to strike a deal with Daniel Levy.
Eriksen is Ausilio’s primary target on the list but would have to pay a fee within the region of £20million, a fee he hopes Spurs could lower, especially with Christian Eriksen to become a free agent at the end of the season.
While the tussle for Eriksen’s signature continues, Ausilio would also attempt to seal a presumed £4m move for France striker Giroud.
The Frenchman’s story is a tale of limited game time, and the hope to feature in the Euro 2020. Hence his desire to reunite with his former boss Antonio Conte at Inter, in the hope to secure a better game time.
Manchester United’s skipper Ashley Young is another name on the list, although the club has made it clear they don’t intend on selling this winter.
However, according to the reports, Ashley Young won’t renew his contract with the Premier League giants and wants to at least sign a pre-contract to join Inter Milan this summer, when his contract expires.
