It’s one thing to take instructions, and another to make them.
Cristiano Ronaldo has always been on the receiving end, and while the Portuguese has been phenomenal, it’s quite unclear if the forward would repeat a similar feat while sitting on the dug out.
The Juventus star has some year left on his footballing career, but has hinted on moving into coaching at the end of his rather industrious playing career.
“I’m not ruling it out,” Ronaldo told ICON magazine.
Having moved from Real Madrid to Juventus in the previous summer, Ronaldo has been nothing short of outstanding in his maiden season, and despite not lifting the Champions League – a trophy he won four times in the past five years. Ronaldo was happy with how he adapted to life with the Old Lady’s, at Turin.
“You must be humble, learn that you don’t know everything. If you’re smart, you get little things that make you better as an athlete,” Ronaldo said.
“In Juve I adapted perfectly. They saw that there’s nothing false about me. He is Cristiano and he is what he is because he takes care of himself.
“It is one thing to speak and another to do. Why did I win five Ballons d’Or and five Champions [Leagues]?”
