Borussia Dortmund are planning for a future with Jadon Sancho, and are in no mood to let the 18-year-old join Manchester United or any other interested club in the summer.
Sancho, is tied to the Bundesliga side until 2022 and has been rumoured to a Premier League return, following his £7.5 million move from Manchester City in 2016.
However, Borussia Dortmund’s sporting director Michael Zorc has revealed the club will not be selling Jadon Sancho this summer, and are ‘far from putting a price tag’ on the right-winger.
“I’m far from putting a price tag on Jadon, but I will say that, even for the biggest club in the world, his transfer would be difficult right now,” Zorc told Bild .
“Jadon will play at Dortmund next season and we are definitely planning with him.”
Sancho has contributed to nine goals and provided 15 assists in 34 appearances for the club and is now almost certain to continue his development abroad.
However, reports claim the Red Devils are preparing to spend as much as £80 million, in an attempt to lure the 18-year-old to Old Trafford in the summer to help bolster their attack.
