However, according to a report (on Football 365), Speculations are currently swirling around the Catalan with a season and a half left to run on his Manchester City contract.
Apparently, Pep Guardiola could return to Barcelona. With the club president [Bartomeu] also not ruling any possibility of the manager returning the Camp Nou in the near future.
“It doesn’t depend on me,” He told La Repubblica
“It was Pep who decided to leave, but the door will always be open for him at Barca.”
For now, Barcelona will continue to live under the clueless rule of Ernesto Valverde. The club president also confirming, the Catalans would be less involved in the transfer market, when it opens in January.
“We don’t expect much movement,” he said. “We have a balanced team, we don’t need anything, but we can’t afford to lose anyone either.”
