Antonio Griezman once again returns to Barcelona’s summer wish list, as the Catalans are reportedly plotting a move for the Frenchman at the end of the season.
Griezman, 27, rejected outright offers from Barcelona and Manchester United in the past, a decision which seems to have come to haunt the forward, following constant disappointments since his decision; including a Champions League defeat to Juventus despite taking a 2-0 lead in the first leg.
Barcelona are reportedly set to double their efforts to sign Antonio in the summer, with the striker apparently unhappy and unsettled at the Wanda Metropolitano.
Antonio Griezman is tied to Atletico Madrid in a long-term contract which expires in 2023, with the striker contributing to 18 goals and 8 assists so far this season.
Barca’s summer plans also reportedly includes deal attempts for the likes of Luka Jovic and Nicolás Pepe who are also on the club’s wish list.
The Blaugrana’s are also in a stern battle for Matthijs De Ligt, having secured teammate Frenkie De Jong. With the Spanish side hoping to set Samuel Umtiti free in the summer, should a reasonable offer be received from interested European clubs.
