Arturo Vidal will leave Barcelona for Inter Milan, should Ernesto Valverde be relieved of his duties at the club.
Valverde’s days at the Camp Nou are numbered, with reports having revealed the manager will leave Barcelona at the end of the season, no matter the outcome.
In the event of his dismissal, former midfielder Xavi Hernandez is believed to be next in line. But that doesn’t mean his arrival will be appreciated by all, at least not Arturo Vidal according to reports.
According to Mundo Deportivo, Arturo Vidal will leave the Camp Nou, should Ernesto Valverde be relieved of his duties, with the Chilean midfielder wary of his chances with the change in management.
Vidal will most likely head to Inter Milan, with Beppe Marotta, executive director of the club, revealing on ‘Radio Rai’ that Arturo Vidal is one of their winter objectives.
According to recent rumors, Inter will attempt to recruit Arturo Vidal this winter, in a deal estimated to be between two and three million euros, with an option to purchase around 15 million.
There have been however no agreement whatsoever between both parties and it remains to be seen what Barcelona’s decision on Vidal will be in the coming days.
