FromSoftware confirms Bloodborne 2 is coming out but delayed!!!? Release date details, news you should probably know by now!
Bloodborne is a 2015 action-role playing game from renowned Japanese developers FromSoftware solely for the PlayStation and other systems. The game was published by Sony Computer Entertainment and released on 24th March 2015.
It was one of the greatest games released on PS4 with a highly remarkable score on Metacritic. Bloodborne earned critical acclaim with credit being enlightened at its gameplay especially its high level of difficulty, sound design, Lovecraftian themes and environments, and interconnected world design.
Since then, the expectations for the sequel are way too high and it may become a reality with the PlayStation 5 coming later this year 2020.
Bloodborne 2 Storyline
The game’s plot takes place in Yharnam, a decrepit Gothic city recognized for its medical advancements around the practice of blood ministration. Years later, many travelers journey to the city exploring the remedy to cure their infections. While arriving in the city, however, it is found out that Yharnam is invaded with an endemic disease that has transformed most of the citizens into cannibals.
The player must navigate the streets of Yharnam during the night of the journey, and overcomes it’s violently crazy inhabitants and horrifying monsters in order to stop the source of the disease and thereby escape the nightmare.

Release Date of Bloodborne 2
Sony will be releasing a remastered version of Bloodborne on the PlayStation 5.
Clearly, FromSoftware favors its early years launches for its major games, so it’s more likely that Bloodborne 2 may release in the first quarter of 2020. But the complicated part with the Bloodborne sequel is that its development is not presently active as the development team is on hold for the sequel, until after Elden Ring takeoff which is rumored to be releasing this year.
So far there are no updates considering the Bloodborne sequel from FromSoftware. Perhaps, it could get a release in late 2021, but a 2022 arrival, or even beyond, appears to be possible.
Platforms to Play Bloodborne 2
It’s possible that FromSoftware may pause and work on developing the Bloodborne sequel for PS5, and deeming the PS5 tech demo, thereby FromSoftware could make some wonderful and alarming creations using a next-gen tech team.
It’s bad news for Xbox players, as the original Bloodborne was only available on PS4. So it might have the chances of bloodborne 2 to be available on PS5.
