Lucifer season 5 part 2 begins production later this month. The season 5 part 2 had almost finished shooting until the pandemic hit the world. Even the shooting of the new Batman film starring Robert Pattinson as Bruce Wayne has scrapped all of its’s location and restricted itself to the studio sets.

According to TVLine sources, Ellis had told the media that season 5 part 2 would take six to seven days to complete, as the work begins on the 24th of September(precisely). ”Hopefully that would be ready to go, I would imagine, sort of Christmastime or early next year,” said Ellis. Fans have a lot to look forward to as Tom Ellis says he is excited to shoot a musical episode of Lucifer Season 6 as well.

The Cast of Lucifer Season 6

Lucifer is an American urban fantasy TV series by Tom Kapinos that premiered on Fox in January 2016. The story is based on a DC comics character, Lucifer Morningstar, who abandons hell for Los Angeles where he has his own club named ‘LUX’.

The Cast includes Tom Ellis as Lucifer Morningstar, Lauren German as Detective Chloe Decker, Kevin Alejandro as Detective Daniel, D.B. Woodside as Amenadiel, Lesley-Ann Brandt as Mazikeen, and Rachael Harris as Dr. Linda Martin. The first season was shot in Vancouver, the crew later shifted to Los Angeles and California for shooting the following seasons.

About Lucifer Season 6

The series is centered around Lucifer Morningstar a stunning, powerful angel who was cast out of Heaven for his betrayal. He disapproves of the throne and abandons his kingdom to end up running his own nightclub in L.A.

Throughout the series, there are several celestial and demonic threats that appear before him. At the same time, Lucifer and the detective Chloe end up falling for each other.
