Nowadays each and every tech giant are giving a cutthroat completion to each other, in all aspect whether we talk about Amoled to HDR10 display of Sony IMX sensors or Samsung’s camera sensors. Now there is a hike on providing the fastest charging support. There are rumors about 100 watt+ fast charging support can be seen in upcoming months.
This reminds me of the 2019 Mobile World Congress in Shanghai, China, where IQOO has introduced 120W technology. And recently, it has demonstrated the first-ever 120W fast charging. In the short 15 minutes video, the executive, official, has put a demo handset on charging from Zero percent alongside he was explaining the fast charging technology, how it is working, and several geeks stuff. It was the first exhibition of the IQOO, and another BBK sub branded Chinese smartphone Company.
It took about five minutes to charge the handset from zero to fifty percent, and in fifteen minutes, it has fully charged the handset. The VIVO sub-brand explained it; there is a modification in the new specific array that can charge the 4000 mAh battery device so, inevitably, fast. According to him, the current is converted from 20 volts at 6 amperes to 12 volts at 10 amperes.
They have divided one 4000 mAh panel into two 2000 mAh battery panel, and each one was provided with an extra graphite layer and advanced cooling system so that internal components will not be damaged due to heating. However, the Company has not revealed any specifications regarding the new handset.
On the other hand, Oppo and Realme are also working on fast charging. Oppo has said that they will bring 125-watt fast charging. On the other hand, Realme said that it would bring 100+ watt fast charging. However, these all are sub-brands of the Chinese BBK company, so it doesn’t matter which will bring what amount of fast charging, but the important thing is that fast charging is really going to blow our mind. Think that until you finish your coffee or tea, your phone will be fully recharged.
