With the announcement in March 2020, Nokia is geared up to release its first 5G phone, Nokia 8.3. Without much ado, let’s get into its specs.
Firstly, Nokia 8.3 is backed by Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G with the Android ten operating system and Octa-core processor. The RAM available is either 6GB or 8GB ( LPDRR 4x).
The device has a quad-camera.
The real camera is a 64MP one and comes with ZEISS Optics. Other cameras available are a 12MP sensor with an ultra-wide lens, a 2MP depth sensor, and another 2MP sensor with a macro lens. It also comes with a rear flash.
Furthermore, at the front, there is a 24MP camera.
The measurements of the phone are 171.90 X 78.56 X 8.99 mm and weigh about 220g. The screen is about 6.81″ FDH PureDisplay. The ratio of the display is about 20:9 with a 120 Hz refresh rate. The screen resolution is 1080 x 2400 pixels.
So the handset comes with a 5G connectivity. This is the feature that makes it stand out as it is the first 5G phone launched by the company. It is also compatible with other networks, too, such as 4G, 3G, and 2G, along with wifi of 802.11 b/g/n/ac.
Along with it, the mobile has a type-C charging point and a dual nano sim feature.
According to 91mobiles, the handset will be available for Rs. 47,890 and will hopefully release on Jun 30, 2020. The color the company went for is called Polar Night.
Also, Nokia 8.3 reportedly has a 4500 mAh battery capacity with a quick 18W charging ( 9v /2A). It comes with internal storage options of 64GB and 128GB and a micro SD card slot. The headphone jack is 3.5mm coupled with an OZO Audio.
Moreover, some of the sensors available are ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, gyroscope, etc.
